I'm often asked "what should I eat?". Here is what I just had for lunch right after my workout.
Buffalo patty grilled on the George Foreman Grill, and zucchini. A spoon of peanut butter too, just because I love peanut butter. Nothing pretty or fancy, but fuel for the body.
