<p>For about and hour and a half groups of attendees were put through the ringer at each station. &nbsp;I was at the ropes station. &nbsp;What a blast. &nbsp;The participants were sweating like crazy after their time with us.</p>
<p>I had some time to talk to Randy Hetrick, creator of the TRX, and also Fraser Quelch, the director of training and development for Fitness Anywhere.</p>

<p>Answer: I would focus on getting the most from this session. &nbsp;Focus on the training, and the eating. &nbsp;Make sure that you are getting plenty of sleep.</p>
