Honestly, the first thing I would bring is a great attitude and your energy.  Come prepared to train hard and to give it your all.

The only items you should bring are:

  • large beach towel (for some exercises and to place on top of your exercise mat)
  • yoga or exercise mat
  • drinking water

If you need any of these items, you may find them in our store.
