Our classes are small and attention is paid to you.  We realize that the more we get to know you and your particular goals, the faster you will see results.

How Do We Help You Reach Your Goals?

After 15+ years of training clients, thousands of sessions, reading tons of books, and learning from some of the best mentors, I've condensed down the best fat loss methods into each 45 minute long boot camp class.

What I've done here is to create a proven training system whereby we meet in small groups which focus on fat burning and toning.  Our focus is on exercises that work your whole body and core.  

We meet for 45 minutes either twice or three times per week.    

The small groups mean that each person gets personal attention.  We're here to provide a little push, encouragement, and accountability.  We keep the groups small, so you'll have our full support.  In the class, or outside of class via phone or email. This is my commitment to you.

Nutrition suggestions and the assistance of our own Registered Dietitian provide the critical one-two punch to help you achieve your goals.
