Crank up the Intensity

I’ve recently joined a mastermind group led by one of the top personal trainers in the world.  With this I’ve been privy to some incredible training ideas, programming, and some incredible pictures and videos of him training professional athletes.

If I could bring you one thing to focus on this week…it is to increase your intensity.  First of all I should say that each person has her own capabilities…but we are usually capable of so much for, so don’t limit yourself.  (Of course, you need to work at your own speed and consider any medical conditions, but otherwise let’s crank up the intensity this week.

Returning campers receive $15 off their next camp if taken consecutively.

Refer a friend, and you receive $15 off your camp…there is no limit the number of people who you can get credit for.

Flexibility:

Nutrition:

A smart strategy for losing fat is to eat protein at every meal.  In the morning and/or after a workout have some fruit or whole wheat bread with your protein and healthy fat, but as the day goes on stick to protein, vegetables, and healthy fat.  Stay away from carbs in the evening.
