Marie understands first-hand how having a vision, believing in change being possible, and being persistent produce results. After years of yo-yo dieting and trying to find the fast, miracle fix, she has found that progressive and systematic training, along with eating healthy are the only true ways to achieve long term results. And the pay-off is worth every drop of sweat along the way!

Marie is a Credentialed Teacher and dedicated 10 years to her profession while fitness remained her hobby. She now is using her teaching skills and years of experience to change directions and teach what she has always loved. She has found that a positive environment, encouraging support, and measurable results all produce the best changes.

Marie also played volleyball in high school and College, and runs in at least 2 half-marathons a year, she has always had a love and passion for fitness.
