I'll see your email pretty quick, unless it's the weekend or after 6pm.

You can call and leave me a message on my answering machine at (626)609-7399.  Your message is sent directly to my email, so I pick those up pretty quick too.

I don't often read or see direct messages on Facebook.

Almost never do I see or reply to messages on Twitter

This is why I love what I do.  Some people stress over their lives, work, etc..  I'm one of the luckiest guys on earth.  I get to do what I love, and people improve their lives.

Note: I spoke with this client this morning and she said "thank you".  I appreciate the thanks, but the results came from her.  She showed up, she sacrificed, she trained, she ate well...this is what it take people.

No shortcuts, no gimmicks, no late night informercial crap.  Show up, and get it done.

"Medicine ball training is one of the oldest forms of strength and conditioning training – the first reference to wrestlers training with sand filled bladders appears in Persia nearly 3000 years ago. In ancient Greece the physician Hippocrates had them sewn out of animal skins and stuffed with sand. His patients threw them back and forth for injury prevention and rehabilitation."

A New Session Begins by Stephen Cooper

Good morning everyone,

Isn't it nice to work out in the morning?  It's warm in Altadena, the sun is out, the burpees are bliss, well maybe not bliss, but we got em rolling.

Speaking of rolling, how about a "shout out" to Christina of the morning class for knocking out the medicine ball crunches with the wall balls.  Way to go Christina!
