February's boot camps begin on Monday February the 3rd.
Class options are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 5:45 am - 6:30 am
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:00 pm - 6:45 pm

The twice a week option is
Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:00 pm - 6:45 pm
November is an important month to train. You know that you'll be eating more this month will all of the Thanksgiving dishes, and other parties...so get in your training too.
There are 3 training choices.
- There is the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Morning Class (5:45 am - 6:30 am) which begins on Friday the 1st of November and runs till Friday November 29.
- The MWF PM Class
- And the Tuesday/Thursday Camp which begins on November 5
