You've come across my site possibly because you've done a search on Google for boot camps in the Pasadena and Altadena area, or possibly and more likely a friend has told you about our boot camp.
Whatever got you here I'm hoping that in the next few minutes I can help you to decide if our boot camp is the right choice for you.
In all honesty my biggest hope is that you do whatever it takes to lose the fat and to get lean and healthy...my boot camp is only one way.
What results can you expect?
This is one of the most often asked questions and one of the most difficult to answer. I have one boot camper who is currently training with us and he has lost over 30 pounds in about 6 weeks. Everyone is different.
I've put some testimonials below for a few examples of what you might achieve.

So who should take our boot camp?
If you are obese, 20-30 pounds overweight, frustrated with losing those last 5-10 pounds then our camp might be a good fit for you.
If you are looking for a supportive environment with a small group setting (15-24 people) then this might be a fit for you.
If you are looking for motivation and education about training and how to eat to really keep the fat off for good, then this is a good choice.
If you are bored of your workouts or your gym, then you might want to check us out.
If you live in Pasadena, Altadena, Arcadia, or a city nearby then this could work for you. (Consider where you are driving to and from, before you choose our camp.)
Who should not take our boot camp?
If your life is already so hectic and you know that you cannot commit to our 12, forty-five minute training sessions, then get your life in order and then maybe give us a try.
If you are already a workout studd or studette and are expecting someone in a military costume shouting at you...then this is not the program for you. (I don't shout, nor do I impersonate our real warriors of our armed forces by parading around in fatigues.)

I'm loving working out at "Boot Camp Pasadena". After only 3 weeks I'm noticing how toned my arms look. I've worked out with trainers, tried other boot camps, joined gyms...basically I've tried everything at least once but this is the first time I see results this quickly and its only 3 days a week!
