"Being able to zip up a dress, button up a shirt, and wear jeans I couldn't wear 8 months ago but can wear after a month and a half of working out with your bootcamp is so exciting."

Hello, Boot Camp Pasadena is a 45 minute toning and fat burning program designed specifically for those who need to lose 15 to 100 pounds or more.

Our outdoor, fat burning circuit is designed to tighten your tummy, tone your arms, and firm your legs.

About Boot Camp Pasadena

I created this boot camp because I wanted to share a more "down to earth" way of exercising.  I didn't like the military style of other boot camps, and loud and obnoxious trainers in muscle shirts is not my style.

What I've done here is created a proven training system whereby we meet in small groups, two to three times per week, for forty five minutes each session.  It's a very "do-able" schedule.

The small groups mean that each person gets personal attention.  We're here to provide a little push, encouragement, and accountability.  Since we keep the groups small, you'll have our full support.  In the class, or outside of class via phone or email.  This is my commitment to you.

What Kind of Results Can You Expect?

This is a very common question, and one that is somewhat difficult to answer.  Everyone is different.  I've had some people lose 12 pounds in one session, and my best client lost almost 50 pounds in one, four week session. Most clients began to notice their clothes fitting better in the second week.

(I encourage you to search through the testimonials to see and hear from real people about their results.  Unlike some other sites, there are no miracle promises of "easy fat loss" etc..)

But with my support and that of your fellow boot campers, you can do it.  I'm positive of that.

Who Should Take This Boot Camp, and Maybe More Importantly...Who Shouldn't?

Each boot camp has a certain or feel to it.  One of the best compliments that I got from a boot camper was how I "managed to attract such a number or really nice people, and that makes it fun to train".

This boot camp is made up of mostly women between the ages of 20-50, and most are looking to lose fat.  We do have a few guys (who I always protect), but the majority of the clients are women.

So if you are a female who wants to lose fat, then this might be a good class for you.

If your goal is to get back in shape, lose fat, and feel better about yourself, then this might be a good choice for you.

Guys too.  If you are overweight and out of shape, then this might be a good choice.

If you don't like running, then this is a great place to be. (I haven't liked running since junior high school. I always thought that it was boring and a pain in the you know where.)  We do some sprints here, but no long distance running.  (Do you really need to pay some one to watch you run?  I don't think so.)

"I've been thrilled with the changes in my body over these past weeks.  I've lost anywhere from 1.5 - 3.5 inches from my starting measurements (biggest change is my waist!).  I can't tell you the immense joy it's been to fit into clothes that have been just sitting my closet for the past couple years.  Jeans, Coop, jeans!!  I can wear jeans without feeling super uncomfortable (from too much belly fat).  I sing your praises every time I put them on!"

"I just got back from my parents house, and 1) they both noted that I am looking slimmer lately and...

My weight has dropped a bit, about ~3-4 lbs, and my clothes are fitting looser, which is kind of amazing because I'm not really doing much working out outside of the boot camp and sticking pretty close to paleo, which seems to be pretty sustainable for me so far.  I'm definitely signing up for the next session as well.

Thanks again Stephen! You're awesome!"

Who Shouldn't Sign Up...

If you are looking to build bigger muscles like a bodybuilder then this class is not for you.

If you are already in great shape and want to push it even harder, then I can refer you to some other options which are better suited to your goals.

If you are hoping for screaming, camouflage clothing, muscle shirts, and whistle blowing, then this is definitely not the right camp for you.

"I'm loving working out at "Boot Camp Pasadena". After only 3 weeks I'm noticing how toned my arms look. I've worked out with trainers, tried other boot camps, joined gyms...basically I've tried everything at least once but this is the first time I see results this quickly and its only 3 days a week!"

How to reserve your spot.

The best way to decide if this camp is right for you is to talk to me over the phone.  (626) 609-7399  If you have the iPhone 4, we can chat via Face Time.

I'll be able to answer your questions, and you'll get a feel as to whether this camp is a good fit for you.  Believe me I won't try to "sell you" anything.  I might even dissuade you from joining this camp.  Having done this for some time now, I have a pretty good intuition if you are the right fit or not.  If I don't think this is the right option for you, I'll gladly suggest others.  After all there are many options out there, and my main goal is that you choose something that will work for you.

You can email me your questions too...But it is much harder to discuss this via email.
