How Training Works
Training is conducted in a small, capped group environment.
Drop-ins are not offered.
To be considered, Complete The Pre-Training Application.
Applications are reviewed individually.
If accepted, you’ll receive confirmation, scheduling options, and onboarding details by email.
Training runs month to month.
Monthly pricing reflects scheduled training days and planned closures.
Sessions are 45 minutes. Consistency and effort are expected.
