About Boot Camp Pasadena
With over 23 years of training clients, thousands of sessions, reading tons of books, and learning from some of the best mentors, I've condensed down the best fat loss methods into these 45 minute fat-burning boot camp classes.
You'll learn how to lose fat properly, and how to keep it off.
I created this boot camp because I wanted to share a more "down to earth" way of exercising. I didn't like the military style of other boot camps, with loud and obnoxious trainers in muscle shirts who are more concerned with how they look, rather than your goals.
If you are overwhelmed and stressed out, but know that health should be a priority in your life, then this camp is for you.
What I've done here is to create a proven training system whereby we meet in small groups which focus on fat burning and toning. Our focus is on exercises that work your whole body and core.
Classes meet twice or three times per week, Monday - Friday.
Morning camps - 5:45 AM till 6:30 AM
Evening camps - 6:00 PM till 6:45 PM
Each class is 45 minutes long.
No classes on Saturdays or Sundays.
Many boot camps and gyms in and around the Pasadena area have 30 or more people per class. One of the great things about this exclusive Boot Camp program is that each class is limited in size. This ensures that you get maximum attention from me, and the safest and most effective workout possible.
This is not a gym!
Smaller groups mean that you will receive personal attention. I'm here to provide a little push, encouragement, and accountability. I am 100% committed to seeing that you achieve your goals. When you join us, you are joining our "family". Your fellow boot campers and I really care about your success.
What Kind of Results Can You Expect?
This is a very common question, and one that is difficult to answer. Everyone is different. I've had some people lose 12 pounds in one camp, and one client lost almost 50 pounds in four weeks. Most clients begin to notice their clothes fitting better by the second week.
(I encourage you to browse through the testimonials to see and hear from real people about their results. Unlike some other sites, there are no miracle promises of "easy fat loss" etc..)
Who Should Take This Boot Camp, and Maybe More Importantly...Who Shouldn't?
Each boot camp has a certain feel to it. One of the best compliments that I've received from a boot camper was how I "managed to attract such a number of really nice people, and that makes it fun to train".
This boot camp is made up of mostly women between the ages of 20-60, and most are looking to lose fat. We do have a few guys (many in the AM camp), but the majority of my clients are women.
So if you are a woman who wants to lose fat, then I encourage you to give us a try.
If your goal is to get back in shape, lose fat, and feel better about yourself, then I encourage you to train with us.
Guys too. If you are overweight and out of shape, then this might be a good choice.
If you don't like running, then this is a great place to be. (I haven't liked running since junior high school. I always thought that it was boring and a pain in the you know where.) We do some sprints here and there, but no long distance running. (Do you really need to pay someone to watch you run? I don't think so.)

Who Shouldn't Sign Up...
If you need to compete with others, then this is not the place for you. We don't post scores or write your name on a whiteboard.
If you are looking to build bigger muscles like a bodybuilder, then this class is not for you.
If you are hoping for screaming, camouflage clothing, muscle shirts, biceps flexing, and microphone shouting, and video screens, then this is definitely not the right camp for you.

Class: Each class is 45 minutes in length.
How to Register:
Decide how busy you are and how dedicated you can be with your training. Can you make it twice a week, or three times per week? Be realistic. I’d rather you start slow and commit to twice a week, rather than be overwhelmed and disappointed if you fail to come three times per week.
What happens next?
I will receive your forms via email. I will review them, and email you instructions with directions on where we meet, and what to bring, etc.. If you start at the beginning of a camp, you will pay on the first day of training. If you start midway through the camp, I will prorate the fee and you’ll pay for the remainder of the month. Venmo is the best method of payment, but other arrangements can be made.
Classes have openings (unless noted), and you can join at any time. I will prorate the class for you if you join after the start date.
Still not sure if this will be a good fit for you? I completely understand, and actually prefer that you try out a class. If you like it great, if not no worries the class is free.
Unlike many other boot camps or gyms, I do not have a sales script, or try to pressure you into some sleazy contract. Many of my boot camp clients have been training with me since day one (about 10 years). And honestly, I want you to be certain that this is the right class for you.
