One of my favorite early morning get up and go shakes.
Simple Spinach Protein Shake
- 1-2 cups ice water
- 3 big handfulls of washed and drained spinach
- 2 scoops low carb protein powder (I use BioTrust Protein)
- 1 small frozen banana (for sweetness)
- Ice as needed
Simply place everything in the blender and blend to desired consistency.
