Spinach Protein Shake

One of my favorite early morning get up and go shakes.

Simple Spinach Protein Shake

Ingredients: 

  • 1-2 cups ice water
  • 3 big handfulls of washed and drained spinach
  • 2 scoops low carb protein powder  (I use BioTrust Protein)
  • 1 small frozen banana (for sweetness)
  • Ice as needed

Prepare

Simply place everything in the blender and blend to desired consistency.
