We may not train on Monday, but I’m posting a couple of videos to give you a boost and some inspiration. The lesson being, fit in exercise when you can. Don’t stress about perfection.

I fit in some Tabata burpees between training my boot camp clients and my personal training clients.

I never ask clients to do what I am not willing to do. I set the example and walk the talk.
