"This month marks one year that I've been training with you and though I have decided to move on I just wanted to say thank you so very much for getting my fitness and general well being on track. The Paleo concept was an eye opener for me and though I'm not able to strictly adhere I've drastically altered my diet to cut out all the breads, pastas, rice and of course sugars. Through it all I've lost 20 lbs. and gained muscle and most of all I've made the  commitment to maintaining a healthier lifestyle and fitness level.

I like your program very much and the main reason I'm not continuing is that the 5:45 start time is just too tough on me as I do a lot of my work at night.  The evening class conflicts with my work schedule.
