Happy Father's Day!! I want to thank you again for the opportunity to be in your class. It was a great experience to have you train and provide me techniques that I will be able to use in my future workouts. It definitely took a lot of discipline/focus for a person like me to really stick to a strict diet and a consistent workout routine. I knew if I wanted to see results I had to take your advice and stay away from carbs for awhile!! Ahhh!! But it surely did work! I thank you for all the support, education, and direction that you provided to get me to the goal that I feel like I have accomplished.

Over the past few weeks/months, since I've taken your class everyone has seen dramatic results from my weight change and most especially that I've gotten more toned than I've ever been over the past 6 months. I went from a almost size 6 to a size 2 maybe even a half inch smaller. I've lost about 6lbs over the last two 12 session classes, and I feel like I have more energy, motivation to workout and have healthier habits. The workouts were fun, challenging, and useful. I always looked forward to going to the MWF class even on holidays!! Thanks a million, I will see you soon. Take care always!"
