- Work/stretch - lean side to side while in cossack stretch 
- Deep kneeling lunge, front leg wobble in/out 
- Deep kneeling lunge, then rock back on the heel for a hamstring stretch 
Work: 50 sec
- TRX 1 arm back row 
- Dips from wall 
- TRX 1 arm clock chest press 
- Push-ups from wall 
- TRX “Y” fly 
- Pike press 
- TRX front squat 
- Plank 
- TRX Mountain climber 
- Crunch
